Asking Legal Questions By Email

The following form can be used to ask our office legal questions, that are of a general nature, by email. Before completing this form, please first read the disclaimer.

Please be aware that we can only answer questions of a general nature. Unless there is an attorney-client relationship established between this office and yourself, we cannot answer fact specific questions. Therefore, if you would like us to answer any specific questions to your case, we will need you to sign a telephone consultation agreement and receive a retainer deposit before we will discuss your case with you. This will help to protect your rights and interests as well as ours. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you ask us a fact specific question without signing a telephone consultation agreement, we will respond by saying we cannot answer

If you are interested in setting up a telephone consultation, please contact this office by email for further instructions.

You must complete this entire form before it can be sent to us. All information will be kept confidential and will not be used for any purposes outside the scope of your inquiry. All of your information will be deleted unless you retain this office to assist you.
