used to ask our office legal questions, that are of a general nature, by
email. Before completing this form, please first read the disclaimer.
Please be aware that we can
only answer questions of a general nature. Unless there is an attorney-client
relationship established between this office and yourself, we cannot answer
fact specific questions. Therefore, if you would like us to answer any
specific questions to your case, we will need you to sign a telephone
consultation agreement and receive a retainer
deposit before we will discuss your case with you. This will help
to protect your rights and interests as well as ours. Thank you for your
cooperation and understanding. If you ask us a fact specific question without
signing a telephone consultation agreement, we will respond by saying we
cannot answer
