Unless there is an attorney-client relationship, we will answer only general questions -- questions that are not fact specific and which will be informative to the general public. Please make all your inquiries of a general nature. We will not reply to any email that is case specific.

If you want us to answer a case-specific question, we will need to create an attorney-client relationship via a retainer agreement. If you want to retain this office, please call the office directly or e-mail the office with a request to sign up as a client. At which time a retainer agreement will be emailed to you. After you have signed the retainer agreement and paid the deposit, our attorneys can work with you on your case (via e-mail if you wish).

Questions we will not respond to -- Case-Specific Legal Questions:

1. My employer has applied for a H-1B for me but it has not been approved yet. I need to leave the United States for a one week trip. What can I do?
2. My wife is a U.S. citizen. She will apply for me for green card. However, I have been working illegally here in the U.S. for last 3 years. What problems, if any, will I have?
3. I am the petitioner of my wife. I am currently in school and have no income. Can I complete an affidavit of support for my wife?
