Before our office can provide legal consultation to you, we must first receive 1) a signed Telephone Consultation Agreement and 2) a Retainer Deposit.

The Retainer Deposit is an advance payment for attorney's fees and costs. Most law firms will not begin legal consultation without a retainer deposit. As stated in the Telephone Consultation Agreement, the necessary retainer deposit is either $100 or $175.

Our office currently accepts only cashier's checks. We will offer the use of credit cards shortly.
