Experienced Chinese Speaking Attorney

We are looking for an experienced, Cantonese speaking attorney looking for a long-term relationship and potential partnership. Applicant MUST be fluent in not only English, but Cantonese Chinese as well. Applicant must be a member of the California Bar with at least three years of experience as an attorney. Applicant will be asked to handle a wide variety of legal areas such as business disputes, civil litigation, immigration, real estate, family law, contracts, personal injury, and probate. Salary is negotiable depending upon the experience and expertise of the applicant. Salary increases and bonuses will be given as an incentive for bringing in new clients and for exceptional billable hours.

We are looking for an experienced attorney who wants to establish a long-term relationship and eventually become one of the partners of the firm. The firm is thirty-three years old with an existing client base and reputation. However, we are trying to find a new motivated and experienced attorney to help build our practice in this changing market, to increase our client base, and to become an integral part of the firm. Some training under our experienced attorneys will be involved, but we need someone who can also handle his/her own clients with minimal supervision. This is not a position for someone who is just starting out, has little experience, or is just finding a short-term job as a “stepping stone” to gain experience.
