The Lau & Lau Law Group is located inside the Union California Bank (UCB) Building at the corner of Clay Street and Montgomery Street in downtown San Francisco. We are one block from Chinatown and across the street from the Transamerica building, which is commonly known as the "Pyramid."  The best place to park is the Portsmouth Square Garage located one block from our office at 733 Kearny Street. This garage is located under the park in the heart of downtown Chinatown. Please be aware that the line to get into the parking garage can become very long during lunchtime. If you have an appointment, please allow extra time for parking.

From the Peninsula (San Francisco Airport) and the South Bay: 

  • Take 101 North towards San Francisco
  • Once you get into San Francisco, take the Last San Francisco Exit (4th Street Exit)
  • At the second signal, make a left turn onto 3rd Avenue
  • Drive several blocks and cross Market Street.
  • When you cross Market Street, 3rd Avenue becomes Kearny Street.
  • Drive another 6 blocks and make a right onto Clay Street.
  • Drive one block down and make a right onto Montgomery Street.
  • Our office is located in the United Commercial Building on the corner of Clay and Montgomery.
  • Park at the Portsmouth Square Garage, 733 Kearny Street (Corner of Clay and Kearny)

From Marin County and the Golden Gate Bridge: 

  • Follow the signs towards 101 and the Bay Bridge
  • As you approach the Bay Bridge, take the Last San Francisco Exit (4th Street Exit)
  • At the second signal, make a left turn onto 3rd Avenue
  • Drive several blocks and cross Market Street.
  • When you cross Market Street, 3rd Avenue becomes Kearny Street.
  • Drive another 6 blocks and make a right onto Clay Street.
  • Drive one block down and make a right onto Montgomery Street.
  • Our office is located in the United Commercial Building on the corner of Clay and Montgomery.
  • Park at the Portsmouth Square Garage, 733 Kearny Street (Corner of Clay and Kearny)

From the East Bay:  

  • Take the Bay Bridge into San Francisco
  • At the end of the bridge, take the first exit on the right, the Fremont Street Exit
  • Make a left onto Fremont Street
  • Cross Market Street. A few blocks past Market, make a left onto Sacramento Street
  • Make a right onto Kearney Street
  • Drive one block down and make a right onto Clay Street.
  • Drive one block down and make a right onto Montgomery Street.

  • Park at the Portsmouth Square Garage, 733 Kearny Street (Corner of Clay and Kearny)
