Ninety-five percent of our clients are Chinese. Our firm has the ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese. We have contacts in Taiwan, the People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. Cases involving U.S. law or that are brought in U.S. Courts are often referred to our firm because of our language capabilities, reputation, and experience.
The cases we handle involve litigation in the U.S. or negotiations the will follow U.S. laws. If the case is in the San Francisco Bay Area, we will handle the case directly. If it is in another U.S. state, then we will find someone to assist us as local counsel. This firm may or may not be a Chinese firm, depending on the geographic area. We can also handle the negotiation of international contracts that will utilize the laws of the United States or international laws.
